All orders are paid online at checkout (UPI, cards or netbanking). Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatch: orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are often faster; remote areas and the North-East can take longer.

You'll receive your tracking number by WhatsApp/email as soon as your order ships, and you can check it any time on Track Order.

Delivery attempts

The courier will call the mobile number on your order before delivering. If they can't reach you after their attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange a re-delivery; for prepaid orders the extra shipping cost may be deducted from any refund.

Damaged or tampered parcels

Please don't accept a parcel that looks opened or badly damaged. If you notice damage only after opening, see our Returns & Refunds policy and contact us within 48 hours.
